I have way better fire relics, plus Irvine is my chain user. For that reason I'm not sure I even like pulling Quistis...her chain has more buffs but doesn't come with hastega. Selphie seems like a great pull though. It's my first healing sync, which reminds me I need to find a tier list for healer syncs to see where she stands.
