Topic	I kinda have a hankerin' for some celery

I haven't had it in a while, it doesn't really do anything for many recipes (I typically add it to pasta sauce/chilli) But for some reason I have a craving for that crisp sharp not-quite-onion taste --- "Salt cures Everything!"
