To get a 2000 calorie diet eating nothing but ramen, you'd end up eating at least 10 packages, for nearly 8 grams of sodium, 70 grams of fat, and 30 grams of saturated fat, and you'd get no vitamins A, C, E, B5, B6, B7 or B12, and no calcium.
