Out of the ones I mentioned that you didn't bold to say that you've seen them, I'd most recommend Madoka Magica, Princess Principal, and Deca-Dence. However, Deca-Dence is actually still in the process of being dubbed (it's 12 episodes long and the 7th was uploaded dubbed to Funimation this week) so you can watch the others first and watch that one later on. The subbed version is complete though if you don't feel like waiting.

* Beastars * Carole and Tuesday * Dorohedoro * The Great Pretender * Kakegurui * Kengan Ashura if not, I think Crunchyroll and/or Prime might have: 91 Days, Banana Fish, and Vinland Saga, which I all enjoyed.
I think I've seen the ones bolded or at least checked them out
