All of these dubs are on Funimation or Crunchyroll except for the last two, whose dubs are on HiDive. Also, look into VRV, which is a combo service that gets you the entire libraries of both Crunchyroll and HiDive (on top of a bunch of other non-anime stuff) for $10 per month, which is noticeably cheaper than Crunchyroll and HiDive separately. If you subscribe to Crunchyroll already, VRV is basically like adding HiDive for only $2 more.
