Now I think that killing service dogs(horses too) should be given a special term and have the same punishment as taking a human life However I wouldn't be suprised that if this isn't gonna be a for time served situation if he gets a halfway (in) decent lawyer and end up attempting to countersue for false indictment for the murder of a fictional murder of fang the human police officer.
