Every big show, anybody who wants to participate gets ten Votes. You may distribute them however you want among these six options. There are Decrees and Blessings, but they both use the same stock of Votes. -The Decree with the most votes will go into effect. -Any Blessing that receives at least one vote will go into effect. Most Blessings will affect somebody on the roster, so be sure to specify who you are voting to receive it. The winner will be selected raffle style (so if I get two votes for a Blessing and Texan gets one, I have a 66.67% chance of getting whatever it is, and the other 33.33% of the time he gets it) DECREES (Most votes will go into effect) I.
