Except they actually did get banned.they have been, yes. and, like i said, it's entirely and completely meaningless, because they're still allowed to ship and sell products in the united states. because, as it turns out, the government, and many other telecommunication companies, have invested large amounts of money into them for their networking infrastructure. also, not even a week after trump signed the executive order that was supposed to ban then, he turned immediately around and granted them a 90 day reprieve from it, which was extended three times, and then a fourth one that was only 45 days. they also then rolled out a program that companies could sign to be allowed to work with huawei. and since then, nothing has changed. rural telecommunication companies are the only ones effect by it, it seems, because after all the reprieves trump banned them from working with huawei in their entirety. --- paint me as the villain ...
