When you give your opinion about characters that the TC has either not met yet or has not gotten far into their game yet, you always carry implications about how long that character will or won't live, and what sort of growth they may grow through. Even that I'd argue isn't necessarily true if you're not going into specifics, since the DR games have had deeper characters die early and gimmick characters survive the whole game, so it's not like "Oh, this character is just a gimmick, they'll die early" is an ongoing theme or anything.
