He's got a super obvious, obnoxious trait, but unlike the Chef, who he shares that trait with, there's actually more to the character that makes it make sense. The character is annoying, but they actually put thought and effort into why. It's also why I think I break with people and don't like the punk rock chick who seems to be popular, since there's just nothing to her. She's just her gimmick.
