Surskit posted... I feel like that's pretty standard? I doubt they are carrying out 250 interviews; that's just how many people applied. A lot of those applicants most likely barely qualify. We get hundreds of applicants for every post we advertise where I work. Jesus, I had no idea. No wonder its so hard to get a friggin interview --- Phantom Dust.
