After all, having those perma stat buffs is probably worth a bit more than getting some more heroes and weapons you're not gonna build for a while It's vaguely like 2000~3000 for .5% perma buff. It's not too bad compared to rolling a 10 and getting nothing Also the devs hate Eva.
