Topic	So why doesn't yelling at your guys (if you're the boss) work in jobs?

The manager is being lazy by yelling, but the alternative is you're given no second chances. A no call/no show is often grounds for termination. Would you rather be yelled at in that situation or fired? To answer, TC.
