I disagree...she could have had the virus. Or god knows what else in that spit...also, by law standards, let's say you were coughing and sneezing on every food product in the store. I believe some dip shit did that back when all this was pandemic was going down. That's called terrorism. Yes, you read that correctly...its what they convicted that person of. Regardless, when you put a person's life at risk, you are by default, at fault of it. It's commen sense.
