Is anyone blind not to say the right answer here? She clearly "assaulted" yes folks... assaulted the man by spitting in his face. What the fuck else do you need? Of course, I wasnt there... but a video depicting these events in clear picture always is better then say.. Joe Shmoe said she did this and that and all hear say. But this is some pretty good evidence and you know damn well that if this video didnt exist, they would obviously go after the man.
