It probably doesn't have a chance against defending champ Batman next round, but the impressive win against BaB at least gives it a puncher's chance. The Junji Ito Collection has proven popular in the nomination phase, but just not popular enough to win matches, and it suffers its second straight first round loss to the longtime Adult Swim mainstay. Meanwhile, The Critic fails to take advantage of its high seed and loses in a big upset to the "bad" Sonic the Hedgehog series, an embarrassing loss for sure.
