| Nanis23 10/20/20 9:11:17 AM #17: | I don't play horror games (unless Resident Evil counts) and I don't recall being "scared" by any other game at any other time so.. Unless you count jumpscares. I know "scare" is in the damn word but I can't really consider them "scary" Because when I think of the word "scary" I think of being uncomfortable for a long time, feeling fear. Jumpscare doesn't give you that feeling, they just give you that feeling for like..a second or two, and then it's gone The only time I actually feel "scared" is when I am doing a very hard task, one that if I fail it I will have to redo a long sequence or a very tough challenge that I managed to do by luck (stuff like "no save" runs and the likes) This is when even a single enemy showing up out of nowhere and surprise you is when you actually feel scared. Even if it's just a stupid Goomba. This is different than a jumpscare, because you actualyl expect this. You fear this. You are constantly scared tldr I don't have a first thought --- wololo ...
