I like CFA. The customer service makes for a more pleasant experience and the food is tasty enough.

I havent looked into it, but I hear the benefits are nice compared to other fast food places and having a guaranteed Sunday off sounds appreciable. You would think people would approve of a business giving all their employees every Sunday off.
The one I work at starts employees at 12 an hour. Also everyone is entitled to a vacation after being there a year. They basically take the average number of hours you work each week and pay that out to you, which is fucking genius tbh. The culture there can be a little, strange, but I do enjoy the pay and vacation.

I would love sick pay but we don't do that for hourly employees and there are very few salary positions.

And what I mean about the culture is this:
Not only are they pretty serious about the my pleasure thing for the front of house employees, but a very surprising amount of people that I work with have been homeschooled their entire lives and are pretty religious. I've never seen so many at one job before like this.

So in conclusion my location is absolutely way better than what other quick service places give to employees but it is still fast food so there are shitty days. Thankfully they don't make back of house people learn service of they don't want to which I appreciate greatly. I've worked fast food customer service and it fucking sucks.
