I dunno if it's worth it or not. But I need them to do anything. At this point I can take a fistful of them and go do what I need to without being impaired at all. But that's probably not a good thing. I can also go back down to a minimized dose and be content if I'm not doing anything punishing. But if you got a demanding job, it'll probably get out of hand when your tolerance goes up and you can't take breaks to bring it back down. Plus I have no exit strategy.
