I've never cheated, but one time, the night before I was supposed to go on a date with a new girl, I ended up going over to my ex-girlfriend's house and we ended up rekindling things a bit. I went on the date the next day and felt weird the whole time before telling her later that I couldn't go on another. I ended up moving in with the ex-gf and that ended up being horrible for my mental health. It all worked out in the end though! After I broke up with my ex, and the new girl broke up with my friend who she dated after me, I got together with the new girl! And it was a great relationship! For a couple weeks. Then she realized she was actually interested in her friend at college, we broke up, and I lost my whole friend group. She married that guy and they just had a baby recently.
