Topic	On a talk show host like Ellen, Oprah, etc. The producer works for the host?
pionear 10/18/20 9:08:06 AM #2:	Yup...if anything, just like a TV/Film Production, the Director or the Showrunner/s are usually the 'Bosses', but in the Case of very popular people like O, Ellen, Wendy, Whoopi, Regis, Walters, etc, they usually are in power since they are either the Show Creators, been there awhile or just handed the power to them based on their status.
