It's one species of animal against hundreds, and one flavor against many. I feel like fish is being very underappreciated here. If we are including shellfish, the variety is even broader. Tbf there are also many varieties of chicken that dont all taste the same. And if you include domesticated birds in general, theres tons, with popular ones being turkey, duck, geese, quail, etc all with their own varieties. --- I dream of a society where I would be guillotined as a conservative.
