I'd like to offer the fact that tuna, salmon, cod, catfish, halibut, anchovies and sardines are all unique in flavor, and offer a broader variety, while chicken is simply chicken. It's one species of animal against hundreds, and one flavor against many. I feel like fish is being very underappreciated here. If we are including shellfish, the variety is even broader.
