It's a pretty steep decline after that, and even the parts that are not so bad are still just major rehashes. Kubo didn't have a plan for past that arc. To be fair, that's mostly because Soul Society was so GOOD. It would definitely be difficult to not consider it one of the top 1p shounen arcs period, if not even top 5. Lightning Strikes posted... Also the last arc is significantly better than Soul Society dont @ me. ....of the anime or the manga?
