I'm not seeing the problem. He's not a criminal. He's not influencing people to be bad people or harming anyone.
Let the guy do what he wants so long as it isn't harming others.

Hes harming his parents. Granted id give my kid the boot long before 31 as my dad woulda if i had stuck around past 17.

I know true hedonists. They work to save money for their pursuit of pleasure. They suck it up and do what they gotta to meet that goal. This is just a lazy dude who likes movies. Thats not hedonism.

Also ill cut communication isnt really hostile but its definitely the passive agressive wussy version of hostile.
