Folks the problem isn't that Trump has $1Bn in debt (indeed levered from 3.5Bn in assets) it is that he LIED about having debt, he REFUSES to provide disclosure and lies about why, we don't know to whom the debt belongs and the debt is imminently due. Sure he has assets but how is he going to raise a billion CASH? He is facing a crisis of liquidity and has a habit of using our public resources to shore up his leakage.
