Rool's Keep Krazy Kremland Gloomy Gulch Tropical Freeze is a game where I feel each world gets more mindblowing than the last, with the slight exception of Seabreeze Cove (which still does the impossible and has water levels that are downright great). Bright Savannah just missed the cut here; the other two worlds are just too stellar. Oh, and another shout out to High Tide Ride, my favorite level in the game. 3D mine cart section? Yes please. Once more sad I can't vote for individual levels when Tropical Freeze is a game where every level really feels like its own world. But the style absolutely works for other platformers, so it makes sense. E: okay Shonen jogged memories that got me to include Bright Savannah.
