| Lightning Strikes 10/16/20 6:33:19 AM #30: | I think it may be time for me to say goodbye for now to the site when Abby leaves, because it really seems like this year has had a major talent drain that is unlikely to be countered soon. The new owners dont seem likely to want new hires, COVID-19 is making everything worse on that front, and it already took 8-10 months for new hires even before then. Will it be nearly 2022 by the time they bounce back? Theres also the issue of the types of games being played, Dan and Abby were into a lot of stuff that the rest other than maybe Ben werent, and on the east coast theres nobody really picking up that slack (also no millennials). Fair play to them, Dan moving east and Abby coming on brought out effectively a new golden age of content for the site. I just worry the site can recover from everything happening at once.
