She's most likely cancelling her events because she's worried she might have COVID, and is presumably waiting for her test results.

I think "Kamala might have COVID" is a reasonable thing to say that is not really in the realm of conspiracy theory. There's no coverup or anything, she probably doesn't know herself yet.

Conspiracies involve a large number of people conspiring to keep the truth from the people. Conspiracies are stuff like this:

Where the public is lied to by a significant authority figure over a long period of time. Conspiracy theories are theories that assume a conspiracy.

There's just no conspiracy about "Kamala Harris cancelled her schedule cause she thinks she might have COVID".

Conspiracy would be like "Kamala Harris secretly already tested positive for COVID, but isn't going to tell us the test result".
