I think "Kamala might have COVID" is a reasonable thing to say that is not really in the realm of conspiracy theory. There's no coverup or anything, she probably doesn't know herself yet. Conspiracies involve a large number of people conspiring to keep the truth from the people. Conspiracy theories are theories that assume a conspiracy. There's just no conspiracy about "Kamala Harris cancelled her schedule cause she thinks she might have COVID".
