| Pirateking2000 10/15/20 6:20:17 PM #184: | The problem with The Secret World is because it is an MMO. It would have been really great had it been built around single player. The lore and characters are really good and it has some interesting investigation type quests. It is also an amalgamation of all things horror. Lovecraft, cryptids, zombie outbreaks, SCP style entities, haunted houses, serial killers, ghosts, chainsaw wielding clowns, secret societies, Dracula, Silent Hill, conspiracies, you name it. There is just a ton of great plot threads and Damn shame it was built around an MMO which the gameplay sucks for along with the slow updates.
