I don't believe that. The guy in the video isn't doing anything illegal, he fucks with them as they ask him questions. It's in his right to do so. There is a problem with policing in America, so guys like these reminding them of what we as citizens can do is not a bad thing.

Exactly. If the cop didn't react in that way, there wouldn't be a video. Cause he makes a lot, and a lot of cops are just nice, and because of that he's nice back, and it's a boring video. He only gets exciting content when they respond negatively.

Honestly, I don't think the guy in the video acted incorrectly. Notice how he doesn't say anything bad to the other cop? That's cause the other cop was cool as a cucumber. That's how all officers should be, instead of just assuming someone is suspicious.
