What amount "should" be in those three categories, Operating Expenses, Independent Expenditures, and Cash on Hand? Those names that mean nothing to you are the founders of the group routing donations through their firms to line their pockets. Aka grifting. Looking at how and where their money is spent in this case is way more important than how much money is spent. Good thing we can see both though.
