I honestly don't feel like crewmates should really win by doing tasks. It should serve as a time limit to force impostors to make moves instead of idling about too much, but doesn't work very well as a victory condition itself. The game is a lot more fun when crewmates win by successfully identifying impostors. I've played in rooms where tasks are set very low to "balance" things and it doesn't work at all. It swings thing too much against impostors (not only making the time limit stricter, but making it harder to make kills, since long tasks provide those opportunities) and wins by task completions feel deflating and unsatisfying
