The other gun deaths? Gang violence, and officer involved shootings, self-defense, and actual homicides.
So the real argument is do we take the easy route and pump money into sweeping gun laws and enforcement of said laws, or do we put that money into mental health to more easily reach out to those with thoughts of suicide, and slash the amount of gun deaths in the US by thousands?
Even if you remove suicides gun crime is still far higher than anywhere else in the first world, don't bullshit.
