The argument is that what does and doesn't have "serious literary, artistic, political, or scientific value" as it's stated in Texas Penal Code 43.262 and within the Miller Test for Obscenity has some established legal precedent. Given that Cuties was shown at a respected film festival and is now an award winning picture puts a lot of barriers in place, there's going to be a lot of material for a defense to argue the serious artistic value of the work as those words are understood within the law. --- This album is not available to the public.
