He has a phone and Internet access. That's all you need to do any office job, president included. The protocol is already constitutionally established for the VP to take over any necessary duties that he can't handle from there, meaning Trump leaving the hospital (and the ensuing risk to the lives of those around him) is completely unnecessary. Yes, he absolutely can sit in a hospital for two weeks. Even if he couldn't, the possibility that he might need to has been an undeniable threat for nearly a year now and there would be absolutely no excuse for his administration failing to make the necessary preparations for that possibility.

Furthermore, the notion that parading around in a limo is a "presidential obligation" is so blatantly ludicrous that I'm amazed that even you had the gall to suggest it.

Further still, the man's gone on plenty of two-week golf vacations since taking office, and the country didn't implode without him sitting in the big chair. Don't be so melodramatic.
