The giant goddess statue model is 100% the exact goddess statue from Skyward Sword. It's about as apparent as the Temple of Time being modeled after OoT's. Also Skyward Sword is my favorite Zelda and the Forgotten Temple housed the second last shrine I had to find on my first playthrough, so it was a very cool surprise.
