| StartTheMachine 10/04/20 4:25:07 AM #49: | Dude this is a 10/10 topic. I just finished my first replay of this game a few weeks ago, doing all 136 shrines, and it was my first Master Mode run. (Aside: Trial of the Sword on Master Mode was nuts, but I eventually managed after finally learning how to do floor 10 of the beginning trials.) Yeah, the mystery of the world and the plethora of surprises it holds is the best part of this game. There's so much strangeness the first time through. Even though you're not including things like your first encounter with a Lynel or Divine Beast, there's still so many memorable areas like Thundra Plateau, Thyphlo Ruins, any of the mazes on a first encounter, Eventide Island, Satori Mountain, pretty much the entirety of Akkala (gotta be number one tower right?)...I could go on and on. This was an excellent idea for a list. Having spent 450 hours in this world now, it stinks that the allure and mystique is mostly gone.
