So they give this big speech about how the Warriors of Light were actually heroes, and they only caused the Flood of Light because they were deceived by Ascians. And then and Ascian appears to deceive people in the present, but they don't say anything to oppose his deceptions because the people would never believe an Ascian could be deceiving them???
