I also have really bad anxiety and actually spent a few minutes on Saturday discussing this with my therapist, when i was scum on Friday my heartbeat was pounding through my ears. A few mental tricks and perspective changes later, i crushed a couple impostor games without the anxiety fucking me over. Obviously it helped that i knew the maps and tasks better and wasn't a total newbie, but the biggest thing for me really was in how i approached thinking about the game.
