IMO, a bloody mary should be simple, fresh ingredients and an edible garnish. Maybe austrailia is different but I love the over-the-top bloody maries to the point where they're basically a drink and an appetizer at the same time like a giant skewer with a few shrimp, olives, meat sticks / beef jerky, cheese cubes, and a literal chicken tender.
