Only the expensive fairy recipes get any noticeable boost. If you use the cheap 500-all recipe, you won't get any boost over the normal rates. That's what player research has found so far. Well, we all know that heavy production in general is a bum deal in the first place, so that news isn't surprising. Try for tier 2 productions if your cores and tickets can hold up.

The best way to get fairy enhancement fodder is to perform 4-8 cheap heavy productions a day, depending on how healthy your resource pool is and logistics. When my resources weren't so good, I'd just do 4 pulls three days a week; my logistics can more than keep up with that and still make gains. I save going for expensive fairies for general rate-ups unless I need something that can't wait.

Oh, and when it comes to enhancing fairies from the two expensive pools, it's overall cheaper to use cheap fairies to enhance them than try for dupes.

I got the two extra Parachute Fairies I needed for SC ranking's optimum 5 para opening. Now I just need a Combo Fairy for the situations where she's good and a Rocket Fairy for the collection.
