But I think Running Start is better because it gets rid of the cast time of the thing after which can be a 2.5s soul break while Flash Disaster only gets rid of its own cast time (and it's about half as strong as other Celerity abilities that take 1.2s) --- I made a living on time trial blowing myself off to cross the finish line at ludicrous speed. -transience <cite>Kaxon posted [p:944746949] in Final Fant...
