| Topic | Has anyone here ever considered quitting video games? |

I've been playing video games literally for as long as I can remember, so I'm not sure I'll ever totally quit. It's just part of who I am.This. I've never felt so caught up in the hobby that I'd need to force a period of "sobriety", but a period where I'm gaming like a maniac is just naturally followed up by one where I take a break. This year is a perfect example: I overloaded on gaming during the first few months of COVID (Witcher 3 and Xenoblade back-to-back with a good handful of other games), but I haven't played anything for the past two months just because my mind/body told me it was time for a cooldown.
