Intentionally standing on the skinny things in Slime Climb or stopping to wait and push people off at the end is not working toward the objective and therefore does not fall under normal "colliding." By all means, you're free to do it. I grief. Pretty much everybody griefs. There's no reason to try to deny you're doing it, though.
