But yeah, overall nothing helps. Youre mostly just waiting it out. On the upside when you get relief it's instant. Pain is either off or on once it starts. I definitely recommend Flomax or the like to help widen your pipes. It doesn't really help when its in your flank area but when it's closer to the end it makes things easier. Your urethra gets less scraped up too so the residual burning piss is less of an issue.
