I Recruited for IT for over 4 years, and in my current job manage IT hired/firing for a fortune 500. One of the main things hiring managers say to me (we live in Texas, mind you - the south) "I want a John not a Krishna" and also "I want someone with GOOD COMMUNICATION" probably the two most stringent requirements I received prior to 2020. --- I agree, time to start kidnapping US citizens in unmarked cars again like last time.
