Lotta idiots just send their resume without doing anything else and cry that no one want to hire them. Doing that is like employers picking out your needle in a haystack. Maybe you're misunderstanding. My colleague personally knew the recruiter. This is a person he considers a friend. And he gave this person my glowing recommendation. For an ENTRY LEVEL JOB.
