However, mine is good because my diet is pretty good and I exercise a lot. 200-400 pushups a day as well as 3 minutes of planking, dips and pull ups a couple times a week, and making sure I walk/run at least 5 miles a day will work wonders for your digestive health as well as other facets of your health Also, its that time of the month for me as well.
