I imagine you highlight certain classes you want to take in or something like that. THere's probably a form of pre-planning involved that you don't get with Duty Finder. I've generally shied away from the optional dungeons. This is my first traditional MMO that I've played with some regularity and I never have much of an idea of what I'm doing and I hate to be a burden on others.
